Namely, a global epidemic due to the new CoViD-19 coronavivores that imposed social isolation on a large part of the world, if not the whole world. Being that the human being is, by nature, a social being and that his interaction with the environment and with others allows him to develop his own “me”, the social isolation imposed by the pandemic brought great challenges to society, causing the consequences not only in terms of health physical but above all at the level of mental health, including depression and anxiety.
